Treat donors as heroes to boost fundraising, nonprofit leaders say

Companies with a customer-centric approach to business are 60% more profitable, and the same rule applies to nonprofits, say World Wildlife Fund's Gaby Gollub and Ryan Wallace of Operation Smile, citing Deloitte data.
