GMU Law School Under Scrutiny

George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School has allowed the Federalist Society to influence hiring, program development, and student funding and admissions, GMU law school alumni say. The activist campaign UnKoch My Campus released more than 700 pages of emails and other documents on April 30 that suggest strong ties between the Fairfax-based public university’s law school and the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, a nonprofit that promotes conservative and libertarian principles.
