Nonprofit managers, like any good cooks, are accustomed to making the soup go just a little bit further, but the present economic conditions and signs of those to come will challenge the financial fiber of every nonprofit organization. Declining and disappearing revenues are colliding with an exponential increases in the demand for services to form a nonprofit “perfect storm.” And like after any major storm will come the long recovery. So, how should nonprofit leaders react? The answer to this question and many others will be covered in this “Highlights” version of the workshop that has garnered statewide attention with over 200 attendees.
This informal program will offer participants plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
