Given the current economy, nonprofits can engage corporate support through non-cash efforts. “Skills Volunteering” is a unique and innovative approach to building nonprofit sustainability using corporate human capital. It’s a win-win: employees develop leadership skills while nonprofits benefit from increased operational efficiency. Join us for this session discussing the basics of the concept.

 

Speaker: Theresa Moore, Director of Organization & Talent Development, Genworth Financial

 

Schedule: Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., lunch and the program begin at noon.

Regular: Roasted Pork Loin with Red Potatoes and Vegetable
Vegetarian: Tuscan Pasta with Pine Nuts and Chef’s Vegetable
Dessert: Tiramisu

 

Cost to attend:$18 for members and $25 for guests. Fees support program costs and administration. Registrations should be received by Wednesday, November 25th.
