When the Institute for Contemporary Art at VCU had to announce the delay of its opening, the most important communications constituency were donors to the project. At the end of the day, what could have been every nonprofit professional's nightmare turned into a positive moment and even led to new financial commitments from donors!

Find out what went right when other things were going wrong during our February 6th meeting when we will be joined by Carol Anne Baker Lajoie as well as Pam Royall, a member of the ICA Capital Campaign Committee.

Our Speaker

Carol Anne Baker Lajoie is the ICA's Director of Development and External Affairs and is currently a member of VAFRE's Board of Directors. She's been with the ICA since April 2015. Prior to that, she served as Chief Development Officer at the YWCA of Richmond.

This meeting is sponsored by Floricane.
