Privacy Policy

VAFRE respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to VAFRE. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described in the document Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies.

The VAFRE online payment form requires several pieces of information in order for PayPal to process your payment:

  • Your name

  • Address

  • E-mail address

  • Telephone number

  • Credit Card number

  • Credit Card Expiration Date

  • Credit Card Verification Code (CVV)

VAFRE will store your name and address in our database for recognition purposes only. Your information WILL NOT be shown to third parties uninvolved with the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. You may check the “no mailings” box if you do not wish to receive any mail from VAFRE. If this box is selected you will not receive speaker and luncheon announcements and invitations, or any other VAFRE correspondences.

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider, PayPal. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by VAFRE and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security.
