Maureen Neal is currently the Director of Development and External Affairs for The Daily Planet. As detailed in her nomination, “From the arts, to education, to health, and human services, Maureen’s ethical and devoted service for over 30 years to the Richmond community and to the profession of fund development is apparent to all. Ashley Dow Burton is Assistant Director of Special Events at Massey Cancer Center.
