Drawing on a just completed study for the NYU Research Center for Leadership in Action about grantees’ experiences with fundraising, and on her own experience as a foundation executive, our speaker will begin a conversation about how we learn and grow through our work and how we stay sharp and in a learning mode via what we do. Discuss some of the biggest challenges people face in their work, and effective ways of handling them.
