Message from the President
I bet you know that feeling…time can fly by in all sorts of ways. As you watch the seasons change and kids grow before your eyes or you start or finish a campaign for work, we have a few guarantees - that things will change and time will keep marching on.
As the leaves are changing, I am reminded that this busiest of seasons for most of us will also just fly by in the blink of an eye. I am making an effort to take time and reach out to my co-workers and peers and slow down, even if only momentarily. I don’t want to rush through this season and miss all of the things we have to celebrate!
In fact, at my office we recently installed a “win wall”. As individuals and teams, we are all encouraged to post our wins on the win wall so that everyone can support one another and celebrate together. Wins can be small or large. I think this is such a neat idea and encourage us all to think about creating our personal and professional “win walls” to celebrate our wins together.
Wishing you a wonderful fall season,Jenn
Jennifer O’Rourke, CFRE, VAFRE President

Our December 3rd Program, The Secrets of Managing Up, is a special 2-hour program (CFRE credit applied for) that will reveal how you can consciously work with your boss in order to obtain the best possible results for you, your boss and your company. To help our presenter prepare, please take five minutes to let us know what kind of manager you have and what challenges you face in working with this individual or group: take our quick survey.
The member fee for this special program is still just $20 (no additional fee for Season Pass holders)!

The Professional Partnership Program (P3), now in it's seventh year, kicked off with a meeting at the offices of the program sponsor, Fahrenheit Advisors. This year there are 20 partners in two teams. Issues and topics for each team meeting will be solicited in advance and facilitated by the Leaders.
Thanks to this year's Leaders:
If you are interested in participating in a future P3, the program runs every year. Contact David Sams with questions.
Thanks to Fahrenheit Advisors for their sponsorship of the P3 program.
