April 12th Program: Making the LeapAs development professionals, we are cultivating a unique skill set that makes us great candidates for executive leadership. In the back of your mind have you ever wondered what the transition from Development Director to Executive Director looks and feels like? How can you prepare for a future transition? Join VAFRE on April 12 for an informal conversation with three former Development Directors who have made the leap, which will be hosted by a fellow nonprofit leader who is also a former Executive Director. The conversational format will explore the joys and challenges of becoming an Executive Director and allow plenty of time for interaction and questions. The program will be offered both in-person and virtually, and is approved for 1 hour of CFRE credit. Participate in CFRE's Job Task Analysis SurveyEvery 5 years CFRE performs a Job Task Analysis survey that asks fundraisers about what comprises their day-to-day to work.
