AFP Central Virginia Chapter and VAFRE Partner on October 13 Program

The Culture of Philanthropy Through an Equity Lens will be a co-presentation featuring Virginia Community Voice (VACV) and members of the 2021 Inclusive Fundraising Fellowship (IFF). During the first half of the workshop, attendees will explore an overview of VACV’s Courageous Fundraising Principles. Afterwards, hear from 2021 IFF fellows about the unique ways they’ve been able to promote change at their organizations by applying themes from the Courageous Fundraising Principles and their IFF journey. The program is pending approval for 1.5 hours of CFRE credit.

In-person registration for this special program is $15 for all registrants, except for season pass holders.  There is no fee for virtual registrants.

Tell Us What You Think of VAFRE!

Each year the VAFRE Board seeks input from the membership to guide the growth of VAFRE and our programs in our Annual Survey. This year, as we work to develop a new strategic plan with our partners at Amy Nisenson Consulting, we wanted to include former members and nonmembers who have been frequent guests at VAFRE programs to gain a broader perspective.
