An ongoing and important conversation in the nonprofit community is about compensation. Have organizations kept pace among rising costs and inflation?
Recently, VAFRE, working with Warner & Associates, and Warren Whitney carried out two compensation surveys to better understand the landscape and help employers and employees know where they stand. Join Will Glasco with VAFRE and Esther Nand from Warren Whitney as they discuss each survey, what they found, and how you can use the data to advocate for yourself in the profession.
This session is approved for 1.25 hours of CFRE credit.
