Virginia Association of Fundraising Executives

One of the main areas of focus for VAFRE is building the development function. This is achieved largely by providing networking opportunities, educational programs, and resources to help professionals advance their skills and to help nonprofit leaders understand how to support them. 

Offerings include:

• Monthly educational sessions at our lunch meetings/webinars
• The Professional Partnership Program (P3)
• A series of member socials throughout the year
• Relevant events offered by other nonprofit organizations
