Our Program

Join VAFRE on April 7th for our upcoming lunch program: Building a Culture of Accountability and CareLed by Candice Hunter, this interactive session will explore how embedding accountability into your workplace culture can actively reduce burnout and strengthen team well-being.

Accountability isn’t about punitive oversight—it’s about rewarding and reinforcing the behaviors that drive success. When done right, accountability creates clarity, builds trust, and empowers ownership. The result? Engaged, motivated staff who are focused on achieving key outcomes—without sacrificing their well-being.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Connect organizational systems and shared values directly to team well-being.
  • Identify practical rituals that reinforce trust, feedback, and recovery.
  • Design a sustainability plan aligned with the McKinsey & Company 7S Framework (Strategy, Structure, Systems, Shared Values, Skills, Style, and Staff).

Embedding a culture where accountability reduces burnout requires shifting from control to clarity—from pressure to purpose. By clearly defining roles, eliminating ambiguity, and fostering shared ownership, leaders can create environments where people thrive.

Don’t miss this opportunity to build a workplace culture that sustains both performance and people.

Pending approval for CFRE credit.
