Our Program

The Renaissance, many believe, was born of the Plague – the Black Death. Our own global pandemic has, after delivering misery untold, given us great leaps forward in the social good space.

Katrina VanHuss, CEO Turnkey, and Otis Fulton, Ph.D., VP for Psychological Strategy, Turnkey will detail the changes and opportunities that have emerged from millions of development professionals having to “stop, drop, and roll” to execute their jobs. The changes are profound: from advances in how to run a silent auction to the new way we view volunteer leadership, from changed currencies in the form of bitcoin driving donations to reduced friction in social media fundraising. Revenue portfolios are changed by component and percentages in every nonprofit, and the handling of the constituent has changed from “what can they donate?” to “how can I make them happy?"

Approved for 1 hour of CFRE credit.
