Important Statement on COVID Protocols

For the safety of all of our members and guests, VAFRE strongly encourages all individuals attending our programs in-person to be vaccinated. Virtual registration is available for those who are not vaccinated or who do not feel comfortable meeting in person.

Currently, in-person registration will be limited to 60 individuals. Masks are optional, but are encouraged. Box lunches will be available for in-person registrants at the end of the program to eat on-site or take with you.

Our Program

As development professionals, we are cultivating a unique skill set that makes us great candidates for executive leadership. In the back of your mind have you ever wondered what the transition from Development Director to Executive Director looks and feels like? How can you prepare for a future transition? Join VAFRE on April 12 for an informal conversation with three former Development Directors who have made the leap, which will be hosted by a fellow nonprofit leader who is also a former Executive Director. The conversational format will explore the joys and challenges of becoming an Executive Director and allow plenty of time for interaction and questions.

Approved for 1 hour of CFRE credit.
